How can I request an appointment?
You can request an appointment by telephone, WhatsApp or email. Please briefly explain the care required, your location, your preferred date and whether you would like a home visit or an appointment at the partner clinic in Marbella. I will respond according to availability.
What information will I need to provide?
I will need to know the reason for your enquiry, your location, your preferred date and some basic information about the patient’s health. Depending on the service required, I may also request medical reports, photographs, information about allergies, a current medication list or instructions from the healthcare professional responsible for the treatment.
Do I need a medical prescription?
Not all nursing care requires a medical prescription. However, medication administration and certain treatments must be supported by a valid prescription or clinical instruction. Before confirming the appointment, I will review the information required to carry out the procedure safely.
Which areas do you cover?
Holistic Nurse Care is based in Marbella and provides home nursing care, subject to availability, in Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Benahavís, Estepona and other areas of the Costa del Sol. Visits outside Marbella may be subject to an additional travel charge, which will always be confirmed before the appointment.
Do you provide care in English?
Yes. Nursing care is available in both English and Spanish. When necessary, I can also communicate and coordinate care with international patients, relatives, clinics and healthcare professionals.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by Bizum, card, bank transfer or cash. The price and any additional charges for travel, evening appointments or weekend visits will be confirmed before the service is booked.
Is an assessment required before IV hydration?
Yes. Before any IV treatment, it is necessary to assess the patient’s health, medical history, current medication, allergies and the intended purpose of the treatment. A prescription or clinical instruction may also be required. IV treatment will only be provided when it is considered appropriate and safe for the patient.
How can I book a therapeutic massage or lymphatic drainage treatment?
You can make an enquiry by WhatsApp, telephone or email. Please indicate the type of treatment you require, the area to be treated, any recent surgery or relevant health condition, and whether you would prefer a home visit or an appointment at the partner clinic. An assessment will be carried out beforehand to identify any potential contraindications.
How can I request a dermo-aesthetic assessment?
You can request a personalised assessment by WhatsApp, telephone or email. During the consultation, your individual needs, medical history, medication, allergies and any potential contraindications will be reviewed before any care or procedure is recommended. All recommendations will be individually tailored and provided within the appropriate professional scope of practice.
